The second floor windows are just about complete.  The windows are installed, and they are weather-tight. The green-toned spans of glass now are wrapping around the second floor.  Beyond the green color and visual impact, the window system being installed is comprised of two of the earth’s most plentiful recyclables, aluminum and glass, making the window system a large contributor to the environmental impact as well.

Work is beginning this week on removal of the second floor single-pane windows and installation of the high-performance Kawneer 1600 Wall System 2.
